I’m a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Sahiwal, Pakistan, with a strong clinical background and a deep passion for modern, evidence-based rehabilitation. I’ve worked as a clinical physiotherapist at Hajra Hospital, and throughout my journey, I’ve been actively involved in both patient care and physiotherapy research. I’m also certified in advanced manual therapy techniques, dry needling, IASTM, and respiratory physiotherapy, with over 50 clinical workshops and certifications. My interests include clinical research, content creation, and making digital health education more inclusive and effective. To bridge the gap between physiotherapy students and accessible learning, I founded PhysioHealthExpert.com — a free online platform dedicated to delivering high-quality, up-to-date, and practical knowledge in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences.
